Shipping Policy

All orders are processed between 2 and 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

We offer shipping services to all locations within South Africa using The Courier Guy. We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received.

A standard shipping fee of R120.00 will apply.

Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will depend on your location. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and courier delays, may impact delivery times, however we ensure that your order is processed as fast as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on our website or the courier’s website.

If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for information on how to return an item and request a refund. Please do not hesitate to contact us at if you have any further queries.

We want you to be delighted with your Artistick purchase, so if you’re not entirely happy with your order, please return it within 14 days, unused and undamaged and in its original form and packaging for a full refund. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the courier costs of any items you wish to return, and the refund will be for the product value excluding the courier fee. We will refund or exchange your product upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be made via EFT to your bank account. Please understand that we cannot refund or exchanged partially used or damaged items. Gift voucher purchases cannot be refunded. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any custom work.

Our designs are made from top quality, 5-year vinyl which will last for years, will not fade and won’t damage your surface if removed according to the removal instructions.
